On the New South Wales south coast, halfway between Batemans Bay and Ulladulla, is the delightful hamlet of Kioloa. Bordered by the Murramarang National Park on one side and a beautiful unspoilt beach on the other, Kioloa is the ideal retreat from city living.

Mandalay Beach House is 100 metres from the pristine Kioloa Beach, wonderful for swimming, fishing and surfing.

It is also the perfect winter getaway with an open fireplace, decks catching the winter sun, and a great time for crisp fresh walks along the beach and bush paths!

Kioloa and Mandalay are pet friendly, and it is expected that pet owners will not allow their pets on the furniture, and that they will respect the whole area including the beach, where pets are welcome.
